At Park Hall Manor, we aim to make the booking process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Reservations

Bookings can be made directly through our website or via third-party platforms. Confirmation will be sent via email once the reservation is complete.

Payment

We offer the following payment options depending on your booking platform:

Pay Now - Full payment taken at the time of booking.
Pay in Advance - Payment requested prior to arrival. Instructions to be emailed.
Pay at Property - Payment due in full upon arrival.

Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit cards. We do not accept cheques.

Special Requests

Requests for early check-in, late check-out, or additional services can be made at the time of booking or by contacting us directly. These are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
